AnswerAll orders begin to process within 2 business days of being placed.  Within that time Email us at Hello@Westfens.com and let us know if you’d like to attempt to change or cancel your order.

Question What is your return policy?
AnswerWe have free return shipping in the US for all orders.

If something doesn’t work out, just send us an Email (Hello@westfens.com) and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping is via UPS and your return can be dropped at any post office location.

All returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, be unworn, undamaged, & unwashed. For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on undies or bodysuits. Please note that all international sales will be charged for return shipping costs. We do not refund order shipping costs.

WEST FENS is not responsible for missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.

Question How will my return be refunded?
AnswerYour return will be refunded to the original method of payment. We cannot process refunds back to any other payment method than the one used to place your order.

AnswerOur sizing includes XS-XXL. We also offer custom-tailoring for any clothing item. you can find more info on our Custom Tailoring page
Question How do I know what size to get?
AnswerCheck out our sizing chart on the bottom of each clothing on how to measure for the best fit.

Washing and Drying:

We recommend dry cleaning for all of our suit jackets,

storage: Hand on a wooden or thick hanger so that the shoulder pads don’t warp

you can use a lint roller and

Washing and Drying:

Wash cold with delegates and hand dry or tumble dry low heat.

Storage: hang

Shirts and Sweaters

Washing and Drying:

Wash on cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Some of our sweaters have specific textures and would recommend washing inside-out to prevent and damage to the texture.

Storage instructions:

Fold not hang to prevent warping the shoulders from a hanger.

Pants:

Washing and Drying:

Wash cold and dry on medium to low. out pants have some stretch to them and can lose their elasticity if exposed to high heat.

Storage instructions: We recommend folding so there is not stretching or warping of the fabric.
